LLM agent reads supplier RFQ emails, extracts offer items and pricing, cross-references against SAP MM purchasing master data, auto-creates purchase requisitions, and delivers a competitive analysis report to the procurement team — fully unattended.
Invoice Processing Agent
PDF invoices received via email are processed through Azure Document Intelligence + LLM enrichment, matched against open purchase orders in SAP FI/MM. Clean matches are auto-booked; discrepancies are structured and routed to the Orchestrator Action Center for human approval.
Shipment Monitoring Agent
Agent polls carrier APIs and in-house ERP on a schedule, detects delays and anomalies, uses LLM to generate impact analysis and route-alternative recommendations, updates ERP status fields, and dispatches proactive notifications to the operations team.
Onboarding Orchestration Agent
